HE second Tudor and Stuart Ireland Conference will take place in University College Dublin on Friday, 31 August and Saturday, 1 September 2012.
Please note that the call for papers is now closed. We have received a large number of proposals, covering a wide variety of topics from the late fifteenth to the early eighteenth centuries. The conference programme and registration details will be available here in the coming weeks.
We are also delighted to announce that the conference plenary address will be delivered by Prof. John Patrick Montaño (University of Delaware), author of The Roots of English Colonialism in Ireland (Cambridge University Press, 2011).
